6月20日（火）パソコンの日本語入力が使えない件

覚書。

パソコンの日本語入力が使えなくなった。
日本語をアンインストールして、インストールし直すと、日本語入力のダウンロードが終わらない。
ウィンドウズ11を工場出荷状態に戻す。そして下記を試した。下記は中国語で同現象が出た人の対処方法。

Updates: I tried the following and got it to work FINALLY. Not sure which one(s) are really needed.
1. removed Chinese language pack
2. Run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" in command line
3. Update windows 11 to the latest.
4. Download the language pack and basic typing again. SUCCESS!
Don't know if it is necessary but I restarted my laptop after each step.
